sec.47 First report
This section applies to a report that, under section 29, must be prepared by the principal commissioner by 31 October 2014 for the financial year ending 30 June 2014. For section 29(1)— a reference to the register is taken to be a reference to the former register; and a reference to the activities or recommendations of the principal commissioner is taken to be a reference to the activities or recommendations of the former commissioner; and a reference to information given under part 3 is taken to be a reference to information given to a person by the former commissioner under the former CCYPCG Act, section 144. (sec.47-ssec.1) This section applies to a report that, under section 29, must be prepared by the principal commissioner by 31 October 2014 for the financial year ending 30 June 2014.
