sec.29ZB Vacation of office
The office of a board member becomes vacant if— the member— completes the member’s term of office and is not reappointed; or resigns from office by signed notice given to the Minister; or becomes ineligible for appointment under section 29X (4) ; or the Minister ends the member’s appointment under subsection (2) . The Minister may, by signed notice given to a board member, terminate the member’s appointment if— the member is absent from 3 consecutive meetings of the board without the board’s permission and without reasonable excuse; or the Minister is satisfied the member is incapable of satisfactorily performing the member’s functions. s 29ZB ins 2020 No. 2 s 23 (sec.29ZB-ssec.1) The office of a board member becomes vacant if— the member— completes the member’s term of office and is not reappointed; or resigns from office by signed notice given to the Minister; or becomes ineligible for appointment under section 29X (4) ; or the Minister ends the member’s appointment under subsection (2) . - (a) the member— (i) completes the member’s term of office and is not reappointed; or (ii) resigns from office by signed notice given to the Minister; or (iii) becomes ineligible for appointment under section 29X (4) ; or
- (i) completes the member’s term of office and is not reappointed; or
- (ii) resigns from office by signed notice given to the Minister; or
- (iii) becomes ineligible for appointment under section 29X (4) ; or
- (b) the Minister ends the member’s appointment under subsection (2) .
- (i) completes the member’s term of office and is not reappointed; or
