sec.29Z Conditions of appointment
A board member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Minister. A board member who is a prescribed person under the Public Sector Act 2022 , section 267 is not entitled to be paid remuneration for holding office as a member. For matters not provided for by this Act, a board member holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Minister. s 29Z ins 2020 No. 2 s 23 amd 2022 No. 34 s 356 sch 3 (sec.29Z-ssec.1) A board member is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Minister. (sec.29Z-ssec.2) A board member who is a prescribed person under the Public Sector Act 2022 , section 267 is not entitled to be paid remuneration for holding office as a member. (sec.29Z-ssec.3) For matters not provided for by this Act, a board member holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Minister.
