sec.29R Information sharing arrangements
The chairperson may enter into an arrangement with the commission, the State Coroner, the Domestic and Family Violence Death Review and Advisory Board or another entity about sharing or exchanging information under this part. The chairperson may enter into an information sharing arrangement with the State Coroner that includes arrangements for obtaining investigation documents under the Coroners Act 2003 , section 54 . s 29R ins 2020 No. 2 s 23
