sec.29J Annual reports
By 31 October after the end of each financial year, the board must give the Minister a report of its operations during the financial year. The report may include— recommendations made under section 29D (d) ; and information about the progress made by government or non-government entities in the implementation of previous recommendations of the board. Within 14 sitting days after receiving the report, the Minister must table a copy in the Legislative Assembly. s 29J ins 2020 No. 2 s 23 (sec.29J-ssec.1) By 31 October after the end of each financial year, the board must give the Minister a report of its operations during the financial year.
