sec.29E Powers
The board may do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of its functions. Without limiting subsection (1) , the board may engage appropriately qualified persons to— conduct research relevant to the board’s functions; or provide legal advice relevant to the board’s functions; or prepare reports to help the board perform its functions. s 29E ins 2020 No. 2 s 23 (sec.29E-ssec.1) The board may do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of its functions.
