(1) This clause applies to land in Zone E4 that is identified as “30” on the Key Sites Map.
(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a) health consulting rooms,
(b) information and education facilities,
(c) medical centres,
(d) specialised retail premises.
