20 Use of certain land at 620 Elizabeth Drive, Bonnyrigg Heights

(1) This clause applies to land identified as “22” on the Key Sites Map.

(2) Development for the purposes of a service station and take away food and drink premises is permitted with development consent, but only if—

(a) the consent authority is satisfied that the maximum gross floor area of the site that is used for the purposes of a service station and take away food and drink premises does not exceed 600m2, excluding the floor space of a service station that comprises the driveway, petrol pumps and pump islands, and

(b) not more than 1 take away food and drink premises is located on the site at any one time.
