#### 90 Electoral official to supply copies of question (s 102(1)) If: (a) the AEC has received a copy of a question to be put to a ballot; and (b) a person entitled to vote at the ballot makes a written or oral request to the electoral official conducting the ballot for a copy of the question; the electoral official must, as soon as practicable, supply a copy to the person without charge.
