80Definitions

#### 80 Definitions (1) In this Division: > amalgamation day has the same meaning as in Part 2 of Chapter 3 of the Act. > closing day, for a ballot, means the day fixed as the closing day of the ballot under regulation 84. > commencing day, for a ballot, means the day fixed as the commencing day of the ballot under regulation 84. > inquiry means an enquiry under section 108 of the Act into alleged irregularities in relation to a ballot. > scrutineer means a person appointed as a scrutineer under regulation 97. (2) An expression used in this Division and in Part 3 of Chapter 3 of the Act has the same meaning in this Division as in that Part of that Chapter of the Act.
