#### 76 Inquiry into ballot irregularity—procedure at hearing (s 69(3)) (1) The Federal Court may allow any person to appear or to be represented at an inquiry, and that person is taken to be a party to the proceedings. (2) The Federal Court may determine the procedure for the conduct of an inquiry. (3) The Federal Court is not bound, in conducting the inquiry, to act in a formal manner or to apply any rules of evidence, but may inform itself of any matter in any manner it thinks fit.
