#### 75 Inspection of documents for inquiry (s 69(3)) (1) If an inquiry is instituted, the Federal Court or a Judge may authorise any person to inspect rolls of voters, ballot papers or other documents that have been used in connection with, or are relevant to, the ballot. (2) A person must not hinder or obstruct a person carrying out an inspection authorised under subregulation (1). Penalty: (a) for an individual—5 penalty units; or (b) for a body corporate—10 penalty units.
