#### 72 Request by member for information about ballot (1) A person who is entitled to vote in a ballot may, for the purpose of determining whether there has been an irregularity in relation to the ballot, request the electoral official conducting the ballot to give the person specified information not available in the report given under subsection 68(1) of the Act. (2) The electoral official must comply with a request under subregulation (1) if the information requested is available to the electoral official.
