#### 58 Scheme for amalgamation—electoral official to supply copies of documents on request (s 65(8)) If the AEC has received one or more documents under paragraph 54(a) or (b) and a member entitled to vote at the ballot makes a written or oral request to the electoral official conducting the ballot for a copy of any of those documents, the electoral official must, as soon as practicable after receiving the request from the member, supply the member with a copy or copies of any document requested without charge.
