#### 49 Prescribed time for lodging an objection (s 57(1)) For subsection 57(1) of the Act, the prescribed time for making an objection under section 56 of the Act is: (a) a time fixed by the FWC; or (b) any additional time allowed by the FWC; or (c) if no time is fixed by the FWC, 28 days after the date of publication (or, if there is more than one date of publication, the first date of publication) of a notice under regulation 45 relating to the relevant proposed amalgamation.
