#### 27 Application to change name of association or to alter its rules (s 25) An application by an association under section 25 of the Act to change its name or alter its rules must, unless the FWC otherwise directs, be: (a) in the form set out in the Procedural Rules or in a form otherwise approved by the President; and (b) lodged with the FWC.
