#### 26 Applicants for Federal Court order (s 23(2)(b))
For paragraph 23(2)(b) of the Act, the following persons are prescribed:
(aa) the General Manager;
(a) an officer of an association or organisation of which the person mentioned in paragraph 23(2)(a) of the Act is a member;
(b) a Fair Work Inspector.
