176A Application

(1) This Division is made for the purposes of subsection 337AP(1) of the Act. (2) This Division sets out the allowances payable to a person (the witness) who is required by a notice given under subsection 335(2) of the Act to attend before: (a) the General Manager; or (b) a person or body to whom the General Manager has delegated the conduct of an investigation.
