170Other orders

#### 170 Other orders (1) The Federal Court may make such other orders as the Federal Court considers appropriate in all the circumstances of the case. (2) Without limiting subregulation (1), the orders may include injunctions (including interim injunctions), and any other orders, that the Federal Court thinks necessary to stop the conduct or remedy its effects. (3) Orders may be made under this regulation whether or not orders are also made under regulation 169.
