#### 162 Prescribed officer for issuing certificate (s 268(c))
For paragraph 268(c) of the Act, a prescribed designated officer is:
(a) the secretary; or
(b) an officer of the organisation other than the secretary who is authorised by the organisation or by the rules of the organisation to sign the certificate mentioned in that paragraph.
