#### 150 Prescribed officer for lodging information (s 233 and 236(1)) For section 233 and subsection 236(1) of the Act, an officer of an organisation, other than the secretary, who is required by the organisation or by the rules of the organisation to keep the records mentioned in subsection 230(1) of the Act is a prescribed officer of the organisation.
