143Application for inquiry into election (s 200)

#### 143 Application for inquiry into election (s 200) (1) An application to the Federal Court under section 200 of the Act for an inquiry into an election may be made: (a) at any time on or before the day when the result of the election is declared; or (b) no later than 3 months after that day; or (c) on a later day fixed by the Federal Court. (2) An application mentioned in subregulation (1) must be: (a) in the form set out in the Federal Court Rules; and (b) lodged in the Federal Court together with any document that the Federal Court Rules require to be lodged with the application.
