#### 139 Availability of post‑election report (s 193) If a ballot is required for an election under Part 2 of Chapter 7 of the Act, the electoral official must advise each member who is eligible to vote in the election that a post‑election report under section 197 of the Act can be obtained from the organisation or branch, or from the AEC, on the request of the member.
