#### 129 Conscientious objection—renewal of certificates (s 180(3)) (1) A person may apply to the General Manager to renew a certificate issued to him or her under subsection 180(1) of the Act. (2) An application under subregulation (1) must be made before the end of the period for which the certificate is in force. (3) An application under subregulation (1) must: (a) be in the form set out in the Procedural Rules or in a form otherwise approved by the President; and (b) contain a declaration signed by the applicant supporting the statements made in the application; and (c) be lodged with the FWC.
