#### 125H Correction of eligibility rules—typographical, clerical or formal error (1) The General Manager may correct the text of the eligibility rules of an organisation for the purpose of correcting a typographical, clerical or formal error. (2) The General Manager may correct the text of the eligibility rules only with the written consent of the organisation. (3) If the General Manager corrects the text of the eligibility rules, the General Manager must also: (a) immediately enter, in the register kept under subsection 13(1) of the Act, particulars of the correction, and the date of effect of the correction; and (b) as soon as practicable after the organisation produces its certificate of registration to the General Manager, amend the certificate accordingly and return it to the organisation.
