111 Applicants for orders under subsection 131(2) of the Act—prescribed persons
For paragraph 131(3)(b) of the Act, the following persons are prescribed: (aa) the General Manager; (a) an officer of a branch or other part of the amalgamated organisation of which the person mentioned in subsection 131(2) of the Act is a member; (b) a Fair Work Inspector.
