#### 108 Registration of constituent part (s 110) For paragraph 110(b) of the Act, the following particulars are prescribed: (a) the name of the organisation; (b) the eligibility rules of the organisation; (c) if the organisation is registered in relation to a particular industry—a description of the industry; (d) if the organisation is an enterprise association—the name of the enterprise.
