#### 104 Inquiry into ballot irregularity—inspection of documents (s 108(3)) (1) If an inquiry has been instituted in relation to a ballot, the FWC may authorise any person to inspect rolls of voters, ballot papers or other documents that have been used in connection with, or are relevant to, the ballot. (2) A person must not hinder or obstruct a person carrying out an inspection authorised under subregulation (1). Penalty: (a) for an individual—5 penalty units; or (b) for a body corporate—10 penalty units.
