I, Chris Evans, Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Jobs and Workplace Relations, declare 1 January 2012 as the date under subsection 158A(2) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 from which an application under subsection 158A(1) of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 may be made.
