4 Prescribed modifications of Fair Work legislation for its application in relation to Norfolk Island
(1) For the application of the Fair Work Act 2009 and the Fair Work Regulations 2009 in relation to Norfolk Island, the modifications of that Act and those regulations set out in the applicable items of the Schedules to this instrument are prescribed. (2) Any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
