#### 60 Recovery of the Commission’s costs for copies of documents (1) This rule applies if a person requests the Commission to provide a copy of a document to a person (whether in the form of photocopies, fax transmission, electronic data, printed documents or otherwise). (2) The person must pay to the Commission an amount that the Commission reasonably requires to be paid for obtaining and providing the copy, before the copy is provided.
