#### 58 Other reviews (1) This rule applies if: (a) legislation confers jurisdiction on the Commission to review a decision made by a decision maker other than the Commission or a person exercising a delegation from the President or the General Manager; and (b) the legislation does not specify a time within which the review must be instituted. (2) A person who seeks a review of the decision must file an application for review, in accordance with approved form F1‑Application (No specific form) (with such variations as the nature of the review requires): (a) within 21 calendar days after the date of the decision; or (b) within such further time allowed by the Commission on application by the person lodging the application for review.
