#### 47 Application for termination of individual agreement‑based transitional instrument If an employer is serving an application for termination of an individual agreement‑based transitional instrument, and the application includes a schedule under subrule 27(3) listing more than one agreement, the employer must not serve a copy of the application and schedule upon a party to one of the agreements in such a way as to reveal the identity of any other persons mentioned in the schedule.
