#### 41 Requirement to serve documents lodged with the Commission (1) A person who lodges a document with the Commission must serve a copy of the document in accordance with the instructions as to service (if any) set out in Schedule 1. (2) The Commission must serve a copy of a document in accordance with the instructions as to service (if any) that are set out in Schedule 1. (3) If an application is made using approved form F1—Application (No specific form), the applicant may apply to the Commission under rule 7 for directions about the procedure to be followed in relation to service of the application. > Note: The application under rule 7 must be in the approved form—see subrule 8(2).
