#### 38 Conscientious objection certificate An application under section 180 of the FW (RO) Act must be accompanied by a declaration verifying the information provided in the application. > Note 1: The application must be in the approved form—see subrule 8(2). > Note 2: Section 180 of the FW (RO) Act provides for the issue or renewal of a certificate stating that a person’s conscientious objections do not allow the person to be a member of a registered organisation.
