#### 35 Application for an affected member certificate An application for an affected member certificate under section 520 of the Act must be accompanied by a declaration setting out the basis upon which the Commission can be satisfied that the requirements of subsection 520(1) of the Act have been met. > Note: Subsection 520(1) of the Act sets out the matters in relation to which the Commission must be satisfied before issuing an affected member certificate.
