#### 34 Application for orders in relation to transfer of business (1) An application under section 318 or 319 of the Act for an order in relation to a transfer of business must be accompanied by a copy of the transferrable instrument to which the application relates. (2) An application under section 320 of the Act to vary a transferable instrument must be accompanied by a copy of the transferrable instrument to which the application relates. (3) An application under section 768AX of the Act to vary a copied State instrument must be accompanied by a copy of the copied State instrument to which the application relates. (4) An application under section 768BA, 768BD or 768BG of the Act for an order in relation to transfer of business must be accompanied by a copy of the copied State instrument to which the application relates.
