#### 76 Court not to require undertaking as to damages If the Director or an inspector is an applicant in court proceedings under the FW Act or the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009, the court cannot require the Director, the inspector or another person, as a condition of granting an interim injunction, to give undertakings as to damages.
