#### 72 Director may make submissions in FWC proceedings The Director may, by giving written notice to the General Manager of the FWC, make a submission in a matter before the FWC that arises under the FW Act or the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009 and involves: (a) a building industry participant; or (b) building work.
