#### 59E Inspectors’ power to monitor compliance with Building Code (1) Inspectors are also to monitor compliance with the Building Code. (2) For this purpose, an inspector has the functions and powers under Subdivision D of Division 3 of Part 5‑2 of the FW Act that he or she would have if the Building Code were a fair work instrument.
