#### 59D Director’s powers under Fair Work Act (1) The Director has the same functions and powers, in relation to a building matter, that the Fair Work Ombudsman has under section 715 of the FW Act. > Note: Section 715 of the FW Act provides for the Fair Work Ombudsman to accept written undertakings in relation to contraventions of that Act. (2) The functions and powers conferred under subsection (1) are in addition to the functions and powers the Director has because of the operation of subsection 59C(4).
