#### 48 Form and content of examination notice An examination notice: (a) must be in accordance with the form prescribed by the regulations; and (b) if the notice requires a person to give information to the Director—must specify the time by which, and the manner and form in which, the information is to be given; and (c) if the notice requires a person to produce documents to the Director—must specify the time by which, and the manner in which, the documents are to be produced; and (d) if the notice requires a person to attend before the Director to answer questions relevant to an investigation—must specify the time and place for the attendance; and (e) must be signed by the nominated AAT presidential member who issued it; and (f) must include any other information prescribed by the regulations.
