#### 36D Minister may require reports (1) The Minister may, in writing, direct the Independent Assessor to give the Minister specified reports relating to the Independent Assessor’s functions and powers. (2) The Independent Assessor must comply with the direction. (3) A direction under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
