21 Notice of decisions
The reviewer of a decision under regulation 20 must give a person whose interests are affected by the decision notice in writing within 28 days after making the decision: (a) of the decision; and (b) of the person’s review rights under Subdivision C.
Note: General notification requirements are set out in section 27A of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975.
