6 Forms 6.1 Schedule 1 is a table of the forms contained in Schedule 2. 6.2 Subject to these Rules: (a) an application to FWA must be made using the form in Schedule 2 that is specified for the purpose in Schedule 1; and (b) notice must be given to FWA using the form in Schedule 2 that is specified for the purpose in Schedule 1. 6.3 Subject to rule 24, an application to FWA for which no specific form is provided must be made using Form F1. 6.4 If these Rules require that a form be used, it is sufficient compliance if the document: (a) is substantially in accordance with the required form; or (b) has only such variations as the nature of the case requires. 6.5 Forms F55 to F70 are approved forms for the purposes of the RO Regulations.
