23 Recovery of cost of providing copies of documents 23.1 This rule applies if FWA proposes to provide a copy or copies of a document to a person (whether in the form of photocopies, fax transmission, electronic data, printed documents or otherwise). 23.2 The person must pay to FWA in advance an amount that FWA reasonably requires to be paid.
