17 Notice of representative commencing or ceasing to act 17.1 A person who commences to act as a solicitor, paid agent or other representative of a party to a matter already before FWA must lodge a notice in accordance with Form F53. 17.2 Subject to section 596 of the Act, FWA may permit a person to represent a party in a matter before FWA despite the person’s failure to lodge a notice in accordance with subrule 17.1. 17.3 A person who ceases to act as a solicitor, paid agent or other representative of a party to a matter before FWA must lodge a notice in accordance with Form F54.
