#### 11I Fees for commercial agent licences—Act, s 60E(5) 11I Fees for commercial agent licences—Act, s 60E(5) > > (1) The application fees payable for the purposes of the Act are listed in Schedule 2, Part 1. > > > (2) An amount specified for an application fee in Schedule 2, Part 1, Column 3 under the heading **Processing component** is taken to be a fee to cover the costs incurred by the Secretary in processing the application. > > > > Note— > > > > This amount is consequently a processing fee for the purposes of the [Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Act 2002](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2002-028), Part 2.
