sec.6 Display of decrease in normal fuel price
This section applies if a fuel retailer decreases the normal fuel price for a type of fuel supplied by the retailer for retail sale at a service station. The fuel retailer must change the normal fuel price displayed on each price board at the service station to reflect the decrease after, or at the same time as, changing any fuel pump display for that type of fuel at the service station to reflect the decrease. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. (sec.6-ssec.1) This section applies if a fuel retailer decreases the normal fuel price for a type of fuel supplied by the retailer for retail sale at a service station. (sec.6-ssec.2) The fuel retailer must change the normal fuel price displayed on each price board at the service station to reflect the decrease after, or at the same time as, changing any fuel pump display for that type of fuel at the service station to reflect the decrease.
