sch-sec.6 Claiming membership or endorsement
A supplier must not falsely claim to be a member of, or endorsed by, an organisation or association. A supplier must take reasonable steps to ensure an employee of the supplier does not falsely claim to be a member of, or endorsed by, an organisation or association. (sch-sec.6-ssec.1) A supplier must not falsely claim to be a member of, or endorsed by, an organisation or association.
